On the island
One Peninsula is set on Ambassadori Island in Batumi, Georgia’s first artificial island, master-planned by SHOP Architects. Designed for contemporary waterfront living, it brings elegant residences, Black Sea views, and marina-side living together in one destination.
With Studio, 1 BR and 2 BR residences starting from $129,000, the development is part of a wider island masterplan, with approximately 70% of the island’s reclamation completed.
